At LUNALAE, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimates and bodysuits must be returned with the protective seal intact.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene liners are still in place to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
